Right of complaint

I you want to return one or more products, or make a complaint, simply email us on post@kunsta.no and explain your concernes.
According to Norwegian law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the item.
Kunsta sells digital art and the customer receives the art as a high resolution file. There are no shipping costs involved as the art is received by email.
 
You will receive you finished artwork within 7 days after your approval. 
Sales of art to private individuals are exempt from VAT and VAT is therefore zero (0,00).

As a customer, you have a 2-year complaint deadline as standard from the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority.If you discover errors and omissions after 2 years, you will no longer be able to make claims against the seller, Kunsta.
 
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, fill in the "right of withdrawal form" that accompanies the the website. Return postage you pay yourself. You will receive a discount code corresponding to the return ot the form which you can freely use the next time you shop in our store. 

 

 

 

Privacy Statement

This privacy statement applies to all business processes in Kunsta, hereinafter referred to as the Processing Manager.
 

The statement provides information about data processing performed by the Processing Manager and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

When marketing by e-mail / sms, obtain an explicit consent in advance.

By providing us with your personal information, you accept the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.

If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Data Inspectorate.

Information collected

 

Information can be registered when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail or when you use our services.

Where do we store information about you - and where do we share the information about you with others?

Our e-commerce platform is provided by Smartwerb AS/Dan Domain AS and data is stored in their cloud services. We do not make information about the customer available to third parties unless it is necessary for the order.

Subcontractors

The data controller also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.
 
 
Bambora:
If you pay with Bambora in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Bambora for a credit check.
 
Automatic payment with card is chosen as the payment method. The card is withdrawn immediately upon purchase.
 
 
 

Communication through e-mail

As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mail related to orders you have placed, information about your customer relationship, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.
 
We will also be able to use email for marketing and communications. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will be able to receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.

Inspection and correction

You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to post@kunsta.no. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion

Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
